Ms. Bracamonte received her Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Social Work degree at Springfield College School of Social Work. Ms. Bracamonte has over 19 years state services with various agencies.

Ms. Bracamonte has been with the University of Connecticut Health Center Huntington's Disease Program since May 2001.
